Len has worked in the finance Industry since 1969. He spent 26 years with Nat West Bank , during which time he learnt the importance of getting to know your customer and ensuring you gave the best possible level of service. Then things started to change and the banks suddenly decided that sales targets and profits were the main drivers. Len left and joined Marks and Spencer Financial Services. He spent most of his time there in the Collections and Debt Recovery department. M&S do treat their customers with respect , even those that cannot pay their bills, however he found that with the increase in the numbers that need help it is difficult for large financial organisations to devote the time and resource needed.
Then in 2006, after 9 years , Len left M&S and joined Myvesta. It immediately felt good to be in an environment where the main focus was on helping the customer in any way you can. In his job he regularly deals with all sorts of problems , some are easy to advise on others really do represent a challenge , but at the end of the helping people with their problems Len gives people great hope and solutions.
Len has a lovely wife Lesley and 2 great children, Rachel 21, and Matthew 19. His hobbies include Football - a lifelong Man Utd supporter, music and DIY.
