Bankruptcy

Question: I have recently been discharged from bancruptcy and are still paying a income payment agreement for another two years, i want to start a savings account to try re establish my credit but i am worried they will ask for more money if i do this.It will be a struggle as it is to save but i need to do it to sort my credit rating out. Can they take it off me?

Answer:  You are allowed to save and have a savings account, and since you are discharged you no longer need to report any changes to the OR.
