Question: I went bankrupt in 2006 and was discharged 12 mths later in 2007 I am in the process of buying a LTD company could you tell me if I am able to be the director or would this have to be someone else?
Answer: Once the bankruptcy was discharged any restrictions were lifted. You can become a Director of a LTD company as your bankruptcy has been discharged.
