Bankruptcy and Confiscation Order

Question: I have a confiscation order against me for tax evasion and all my assets are now the subject of a court order. I have outstanding credit card debts and income tax arrears, Is now the best time to go bankrupt? I know it wont affect the confiscation order.

Answer:  Bankruptcy is a solution to be relieved of the debts, I cannot say if it is the best solution for you based on the limited information provided.
