Question: My partner is a self employed black taxi driver. He has not paid tax for a number of years and is considering bankruptcy. Would this effect his job? Would he still be able to continue driving the black cab?
Answer: If he has a work/employment contract he may want to review it to see if it is an issue; to our knowledge it is not a problem, unless it is stipulated in his work contract.
