Question: I am currently considering bankruptcy, what is the current legislation regarding marrige to a foreign nationa would it affect entry rights. also how would my occupational pension be affected, i have no assets that i can draw on as i signed away any rights to family home which has now been sold and proceeds used by ex-wife to buy in sole name..
