You can get obtain a copy of your certificate of discharge by writing to the official receiver that handled your case. There is a £60 fee associated with copies of the certificate of discharge. Additional copies are only £1 each. If all you want is a letter confirming the date of your discharge then the official receiver should provide you with a letter at no charge.
