I am about to file for bankruptcy after my business failed but I am really scared about what the bailiffs will remove from my home as I have 2 young daughters. Will they take the childrens toys eg trampoline? It will be personal bankruptcy as I was a sole trader.

Looks like Matty has replied to your post but for some reason or other it has gone into wrong place. Look under the first item in this section and you will see it. Matty is right. Unless you have antiques, works of art or anything else likely to fetch a lot of money, you possessions are safe. Bailiffs will not be involved..
