Your childrens toys, your furniture (unless it is worth a lot), clothers etc are not at any risk.

You should not let anybody like that in your home. They have no legal right to enter. If you go bankrupt you will not be visited by them in any case.

As you are a sole trader make sure your accounts, business papers etc are up to date and your tax records to hand.

It is extreamly distressing but you will get through this.
