Hi,
Funny you should mention Wescott, It has happened to me, as well as the follwoing;
T Mobile, Welcome Finance and Cobolt Financial.
They have all been informed of my bankruptcy 0f 2003 and yet still insist on sending debt collecting letters, each time a different debt collection agency. Each time resulting in the same old telephone conversation 'I need you to send in details'.
I've also noted on my credit report these debts a still showing as default's. Even though they say they were last updated in 2005. I was discharged around this date.
Is there a procedure which i must follow to stop these letters and to get a more accurate credit report?
Cheers
