Allowable expenditure for single person?

Hello all

Since taking out my IVA my circumstances have changed drastically and I'm about to fill in a new Income/Expenditure form.
When I originally took out the IVA I was part of a couple but (sadly) I'm now single. Could anyone give me any pointers as to what is allowable expenditure for a single person? I'm particularly interested in housekeeping and utility expenditure.
