Can anyone help, my wife was released fro BR last November she was also given an IPA for 3 years but the company she was working for made her reduntant a week before christmas 2008. The question i need answered is that she has informed the OR of the redundency and is now on benefits etc and not receiving anywhere near what she received when employed, if my wife cannot get a job how long can the IPA in force my wife is applying for jobs along with everyone else but has had no luck what with the recession. She still hasn't had any info from the OR......can you help

Hello

An IPA can only last three years.

It will need to be suspended while your wife is unable to pay it, and your contact for this will be the solicitors dealing with the agreement; probably Moon Beever, or possibly Clark Willmott if the agreement hasn't been passed onto the new solicitors yet.
